Description
The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and install four marina trailers at its harbor facility. All four units must be included in a single sealed bid, and the work must comply with specifications prepared by The Goldstein Partnership. The project requires a performance bond, bid bond, and various statutory disclosures, and must be completed within 120 calendar days after award.
• Supply and install four (4) marina trailers at 2 Simon Lake Drive, Atlantic Highlands, NJ.
• All specifications and drawings are free and available after 4 PM on 8 Nov 2018 via the e‑Bid Exchange website.
• Bids are due and will be opened on 11 Dec 2018 at 11:00 AM; bids must be sealed, no faxed submissions accepted.
• Mandatory bid bond: ≥10 % of bid amount, not to exceed $20,000; additional performance, payment, completion, and maintenance bonds required within 7 days of award.
• Compliance with New Jersey public contract statutes (N.J.S.A. 40A, N.J.A.C., etc.) is required.
