Description
The Town of Charlton, Massachusetts is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide full-service operation and maintenance of the Town's Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective, and efficient manner, and shall be in full compliance with NPDES Permit requirements of the USEPA, the Safe Drinking Water Act, applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing full-service operation and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities
• Ensuring compliance with NPDES Permit requirements, the Safe Drinking Water Act, and applicable laws and regulations
• Conducting operations in a safe, secure, effective, and efficient manner
• Participating in a mandatory pre-bid meeting and plant tour on April 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
