Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services at the Metropolitan Detention Center- Building 4, located in Brooklyn, NY. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the common areas, including debris removal, weed control, and chemical application safety. The services will be performed from April 2026 to September 30, 2026. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit and submit their quote by Friday, April 10th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The evaluation factors will be past performance, lowest price, and delivery time, and the best value determination method will be used to make awards.
