Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and haul a total of 25 trees across six public locations (parks and a cemetery). The work includes complete tree removal, debris hauling, protection of adjacent public infrastructure, and final site cleanup. Stump grinding is excluded unless separately approved. The contractor must provide specialized equipment and ensure safety controls for public and worker protection.
• Remove 25 trees (4 at Lakewood Park South, 1 at Oakdale Park, 13 at Gypsum Hill Cemetery, 4 at Thomas Park, 2 at Country Club Park, 1 at Sunset Park).
• Haul all wood, limbs, brush, and debris; disposal must comply with local regulations.
• Use cranes, aerial lifts, loaders, climbing systems, and rigging as needed; protect sidewalks, irrigation, utilities, headstones, fences, playgrounds, and other public improvements.
• Provide a lump‑sum price per location plus a unit price for any additional debris hauling.
