The State of California’s Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is seeking a qualified contractor to install a commercial‑type dishwasher at the Ponderosa Fire Center and provide ongoing preventive‑maintenance, chemical supply, and repair services at both the Ponderosa Fire Center and the McClellan Air Tanker Base. The contract is a three‑year, rental‑plus‑service agreement with monthly invoicing and strict response‑time requirements. The contractor must be a California‑registered public‑works entity, carry the required bonds and insurance, and cannot subcontract any portion of the work.
• Install a new vent‑less, high‑temperature commercial dishwasher (corner‑type) at Ponderosa Fire Center and retain ownership for the contract term.
