Description
The New York City Police Department is seeking a concessionaire to operate and maintain the cafeteria at the NYPD Police Academy in College Point, Queens. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to the academy's staff, recruits, and visitors. The cafeteria is currently open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the vendor must be able to accommodate this schedule. The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining the kitchen equipment and ensuring that the cafeteria is clean and safe.
• The vendor must provide a price list for each menu item and must be able to accommodate a variety of dietary needs and preferences.
• The vendor must be able to provide service to a large number of people during peak meal periods.
• The vendor must be able to maintain the kitchen equipment and ensure that the cafeteria is clean and safe.
• The vendor must be able to provide a security deposit in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or other acceptable method of payment.
• The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
