Hollins Rd Drainage

The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to improve drainage and widen the turning radius on Hollins Rd in Folsom, Louisiana. The project includes removing and replacing pipes and catch basins, as well as removing and replacing asphalt. The contractor must provide a quote that includes all costs and must be licensed by the State of Louisiana if the estimated cost of the work is $50,000 or more. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must provide shop drawings, brochures, and samples for review and approval by the Parish. • The contractor must maintain accurate records of changes to the contract documents during construction. • The contractor must provide a progress schedule and construction signing layout for approval by the Parish. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and maintain insurance coverage throughout the duration of the project.
