Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District is seeking a construction contract for the Cedar Rapids Flood Risk Management Project, Reach 4 Phase 1 Downstream River Floodwall and Pump Station. The project includes site demolition, temporary traffic controls, clearing, grubbing, and stripping, as well as the construction of rigid and flexible pavements, utilities, and a cast-in-place concrete floodwall. The project is estimated to cost between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
• The project requires a firm fixed-price contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and labor standards.
• The contractor must provide a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit, or other acceptable form.
• The contractor must submit all questions and requests for clarification through the ProjNet system by 05 December 2025 at 2:00 PM CST.
