The required journals include American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Journal publications. • The license is for multiple physical site licenses for ASCE Journal publications. • The requirement includes various ASCE electronic titles, such as MSFEB40-Multisite Fee - E-books, ALLP/ALLO-All ASCE Journals – Online, PRAO-Online Proceedings w/ ALL Journals, MSF/MSFERD-Multi-site license fee—ERDC, and EBST/EBST2025-2025 E-books & Standards Yearly Add-on. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
