Description
The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and install a flashover simulator at the Whitfield County Fire Department Training Center. The simulator should meet or exceed certain ratings and accessories, including an upper burn module, lower observation module, and code/safety compliance. The vendor will be responsible for shipping, installation, and cleanup. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the requirements and specifications outlined in the ITB.
• The flashover simulator will be used for fire training purposes.
• The simulator must meet NFPA 1402 Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props.
• The vendor must provide a one-year warranty and unlimited technical phone support.
• The contract will be completed once the flashover simulator is installed to the satisfaction of the Whitfield County Fire Department.
