Description
The Fayetteville VA Medical Center is seeking potential sources capable of providing Blood and Blood Products, as well as Immunohematology Reference Laboratory Services. The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary for the successful performance of the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall be required to furnish Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved blood, blood components, and related services. Some of the services that the vendor shall provide include:
* Antibody Identification
* RBC Antigen Typing
* Platelet Crossmatching
* Platelet HLA Typing
All laboratory tests shall be performed by a laboratory accredited by AABB and licensed and/or registered by the FDA. Responses to this source sought notice should include the company's name and address, business size, and a brief description of qualifications.
