Description
The Harrisburg School District is seeking a single vendor to provide a full‑service Managed Print Services (MPS) solution on a Cost‑Per‑Impression (CPI) model for all of its K‑12 facilities. The contract covers supply, installation, and maintenance of new laser printers/copiers, consumables (OEM toner, kits, parts), remote‑monitoring software, and comprehensive reporting. Service performance must meet strict response (≤ 4 hr on‑site for major sites, next‑business‑day for satellites) and first‑time‑fix (≥ 85 %) targets, with a loaner‑printer program for extended repairs. The vendor must be an authorized dealer and warranty‑delivery partner for all manufacturers used, provide certified technicians, and implement a sustainable recycling program. Pricing is per‑impression (mono and colour) with an optional flat monthly base charge and no minimum volume commitment.
