Provision of Bulk Fuel and Petroleum Products

The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible contractor to provide bulk fuel and related services, including delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel to various locations throughout the city. The contractor must have a minimum of eight retail sites for city vehicles to obtain fuel, with at least half of these sites capable of handling oversized equipment and having both unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel. The contractor will also be required to deliver bulk fuel to designated city sites and provide emergency fueling services during disasters or emergencies. The contract will be for a term of five years.
