Description
DeKalb County Government seeks electronic proposals from qualified individuals and firms with experience in homeownership counseling, financial literacy and credit counseling, and facilitation of technical assistance for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive program management and administration, including staffing and credentialing of qualified personnel, participant intake, assessment, and eligibility verification, scheduling and coordination of services, and secure maintenance of confidential records. The contractor will also implement robust data collection and performance monitoring systems to track service delivery and outcomes.
