Water Service Connection Project

The City of Lino Lakes is soliciting bids for a water service connection project that includes grubbing, tree clearing, well sealing, pipe installation, sediment control, and sodding. The work will be performed at the site located at 178 East 9th Street, Lino Lakes, MN, and must be completed in‑place under the city’s specifications. Bidders must be plan‑holders to submit an electronic bid via QuestCDN vBid™ and will be required to pay a $55 non‑refundable document fee. • 17 tree clearing/grubbing items and 15 well seals & connections. • Installation of approximately 1,230 linear feet of 1″ HDPE water service pipe (directionally drilled). • Additional site work includes sediment control logs, anode bags, and 1,500 sq yd of sod. • All bids are submitted electronically; a public online bid opening will be held after the July 7, 2026 deadline.
