The Navajo Nation’s Division of Natural Resources and Navajo Land Department are seeking a qualified New Mexico‑licensed real‑estate appraiser to perform comprehensive market‑value appraisals of multiple properties located in New Mexico. The consultant must conduct full property inspections, gather and analyze comparable sales, apply USPAP‑compliant valuation methods, and deliver both electronic and hard‑copy appraisal reports that meet tribal and state regulatory requirements. Five copies of the proposal are required, with a separate sealed envelope for the cost proposal including the mandatory 6 % Navajo sales tax.
