Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide resident contract gate attendant services for a campground at Carr Creek Lake. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles to perform these services. The contract will be for a base year with options for two additional years. The contractor must be a camping couple (two adults with no minor children) to serve as live-in contract gate attendants.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing gate attendant services, including collecting fees and providing information to visitors.
• The contractor will be required to maintain the campground and its facilities, including cleaning and performing minor repairs.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing law enforcement and emergency response services as needed.
• The contractor will be required to participate in training and meetings as scheduled by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
