The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and provide ongoing maintenance for fifteen (15) Grade 1 fire‑rated security doors with mechanical assist devices at three VA pharmacy locations in San Antonio, Kerrville, and North Central Federal VA Clinic. The contractor must deliver all labor, materials, tools, permits, testing, and reporting, and must meet NFPA, AAADM, and UL fire‑door standards. Work includes a three‑week assessment period, installation of doors and electronic lock hardware, integration with card‑reader systems, and a mandatory annual maintenance cycle with emergency and routine service call support. Delivery of all doors is required by 12/31/2026, and the contract will be firm‑fixed‑price.
• Install 15 fire‑rated security doors (90‑minute rating) with mortise grade 1 locks and powered strikers.
