Description
The US Air Force is seeking qualification packages for A&E services to design new HVAC DDC systems for two buildings at Eielson AFB, AK. The selected contractor will be responsible for collecting and reviewing project data, developing design concepts and cost estimates, and producing a complete design based on specified requirements. The contractor will also be required to submit intermediate design documents and participate in review meetings. The primary objective of the project is to develop a biddable set of construction documents tailored to address the unique challenges presented by the extreme Arctic conditions at Eielson AFB, AK.
