Budget estimate

$200,000 – $400,000

The solicitation does not disclose a fixed contract amount. Based on the requirement of eight 1‑hour presentations per year, a modest participant cap of 75 per year, and typical rates for community‑based health education (approximately $5,000–$10,000 per presentation including preparation, translation, travel, and reporting), the annual budget could range from $40,000 to $80,000. Over the five‑year period, total contract value is therefore estimated between $200,000 and $400,000, with potential adjustments for inflation, additional presentations, or expanded outreach.
