Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC) - Dry Ice Machine Purchase, Fort Sill, OK

The U.S. Army Materiel Command is seeking a firm fixed price contract for the purchase and installation of a dry ice machine for the Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC) at Fort Sill, OK. The contractor shall provide necessary personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment to deliver and install the dry ice machine, including on-site installation and training. The dry ice machine should have a model number of HD50P. The contract will be awarded based on price. • The dry ice machine must meet the salient characteristics specified in Attachment 1. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program. • The contract will include provisions related to payment, delivery, and inspection. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the dry ice machine.
