Description
The Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified contractors to replace an existing pavilion pergola at the Hudlow Tennis Center in Norcross, GA. The work includes demolition of the existing structure, supply and installation of new double beams and pergola joists, structural hardware, pressure‑washing, priming, painting, and final cleanup. All work must meet county specifications, include necessary insurance, and be completed within the county’s normal work‑hour schedule.
• Remove existing pergola, debris, rotted joists, beams, hangers, ties, and brackets.
• Install new 2 in × 10 in × 24 ft double beams and 42 decorative pergola joists, plus hurricane ties, brackets, and required hardware.
• Pressure‑wash, prime, and paint the new structure; protect adjacent glass doors/windows from damage.
• Provide all required documentation (quote schedule, non‑collusion affidavit, references, contractor affidavit, insurance certificates) by the submission deadline.
