Description
The Manchester VAMC requires monthly triple top-down cleaning of pharmacy compounding cleanroom spaces to sanitation. The contractor will provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel to perform the cleaning services. The contract will cover a base period of 12 months from the start date and include four option years. The contractor must be regularly established in the business, financially responsible, and have experience in cleaning ISO classified areas. The contractor must also provide a quality control plan and comply with USP 797/800 clean room regulations.
