The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking quotes from qualified firms for the purchase and delivery of a continuous paper towel dispenser and compatible hand paper product. The selected bidder will provide and deliver the necessary goods to the VIPA Purchasing Warehouse. The contract will be effective for 9 months with a possible 1-year extension. The authority reserves the right to accept the lowest responsive bid. • The contract includes the purchase and delivery of 30 Tork PeakServe Continuous Paper Towel Dispensers and 650 cases of Tork PeakServe Continuous Paper Towel. • The bidder must include shipping, clearance, and delivery fees in their quote. • The bidder must provide additional supporting documents, such as a VI Business License, Articles of Organization/Incorporation, and Certificate of Insurance. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
