Description
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is seeking qualified firms to provide a broad range of civil engineering design and consulting services across the state’s water‑resource and public‑works projects. The contract will be awarded on a “most‑qualified” basis, followed by price negotiations based on true‑and‑actual cost plus a fixed 10 % profit. The work includes design, calculations, project management, construction‑phase support, environmental documentation, utility coordination, and QA/QC for infrastructure such as spillways, levees, canals, bridges, and related facilities. The base contract term is three years with options for two additional one‑year extensions.
