Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide infrastructure upgrades to the campus in Asheville, NC. The work includes electrical, HVAC, and communication infrastructure upgrades, as well as physical security and hazardous material abatement. The contractor shall complete the intent of project 637-22-700 in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Electrical panel upgrades and power distribution
• HVAC upgrades and reconfiguration
• Communication infrastructure upgrades, including new data outlets and patch panels
• Physical security upgrades
• Hazardous material abatement
• Compliance with all VA solicitation drawings and specifications, VA regulations, procedures, and conditions for work at the medical center and any applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies.
