Description
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified bidder to provide Printer & Cutter Equipment with Onsite Set-up for the Transportation and Development Department. The bidder must provide necessary labor, materials, and equipment, and transportation, supervision, certifications, and all effort necessary to meet the specification of services for this RFQ. The bidder must employ experienced personnel only, have at least five years of experience in printer and cutter equipment services, and coordinate with the County Project manager regarding the designated working area. The bidder will be responsible for site cleanup and coordination with the County Project Manager to ensure project completion. Some key equipment to be provided includes one Roland VG3-540 Printer/Cutter and one Roland 54" CAMM-1 Series Cutter.
• The bidder must provide a detailed scope of services and meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the RFQ.
• The bidder must submit a certificate of authority to transact business in the State of Georgia and a copy of its current, valid business license.
• The bidder must provide proof of registration with the E-Verify program and comply with the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act.
• The bidder must provide a quote that is valid for a period of ninety calendar days from the quote submission deadline.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the Georgia Open Records Act.
