Description
The US Army Contracting Command is seeking a contractor to provide an upgrade to a 1500 Ton Greenerd Press for Benet Laboratories, Watervliet, NY. The upgrade will include the installation of laser displacement sensors for measurement of press V-Blocks and Roller Stands positioning, as well as a barrel rotational measurement system. The contractor will be required to work with Benet Labs TSIA controls engineers to verify and adjust the program as needed. The period of performance is 8 weeks, with a 2-week install and programming time.
