Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order to After Action Dental Supply LLC for the procurement of ZOLL Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for Basic Life Support (BLS). The required equipment is necessary to support emergency response operations within the VA medical facility. The devices are used by clinical staff and emergency responders to provide immediate defibrillation treatment during sudden cardiac arrest events.
• The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6.
• The applicable NAICS Code is 339112 – Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing.
• Responses must include sufficient technical documentation demonstrating the ability to provide equipment that meets the Government’s requirements.
• The equipment must be fully compatible with the existing ZOLL defibrillator systems currently deployed within the facility.
