Description
The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide trash collection services for the Poplar Bluff Community Supervision Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing one 6-cubic-yard receptacle and collecting trash from the receptacle on a scheduled basis, as well as providing unscheduled trash collection services as needed. The contract period will be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the option for two additional one-year renewal periods. The contractor must comply with all applicable state statutes, Department rules, regulations, guidelines, internal management policies, and procedures.
• The contractor must provide trash collection services for the Poplar Bluff CSC located at 1441 Black River Industrial Park Rd Poplar Bluff, MO.
• The contractor must perform all trash collection services in a manner satisfactory and acceptable to the Department.
• The contractor must furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required.
• The contractor must retain ownership of the trash receptacles provided and keep them in good mechanical and safe working condition.
• The contractor must provide a replacement trash receptacle at no additional fee to the Department in the case of a trash receptacle needing to be removed for repair or maintenance.
