Backflow Retrofit Project

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to retrofit backflow devices on existing fire risers and install backflows on domestic and/or landscape services, as needed. The project is funded by the RTAA's general fund, with an estimated cost range of $275,000 to $375,000. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM (PT), followed by a project site tour. Bidders are required to submit one original hard copy and one electronic copy of their bid on a flash drive.
