Intent to Award Sole/Single Source: On-Site Maintenance Services for GCA Autostep 200 Stepper Lithography System

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Keysight Technologies, Inc. for on-site maintenance services for the GCA Autostep 200 Stepper Lithography System. The contract will be for a period of one year and will include preventative and corrective maintenance services, as well as telephone and email support. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform the services. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance based on a quality assurance surveillance plan. Some key points of the contract include: • The contractor will provide one complete annual system tune-up and one additional visit as needed during the term of the contract. • The contractor will provide unlimited phone support and will respond to government requests within two hours. • The contractor will be responsible for labor, travel, and shipping costs to and from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. • The contractor will provide a written quality control program to meet commonly accepted commercial standards and practices.
