Locust Street CSO Elimination & Water Main Replacement - Ph 8

The City of Bloomington is seeking bids for the Locust Street CSO Elimination & Water Main Replacement - Ph 8 project. The project involves the construction of earth excavation, grading, and subgrade preparation, hot-mix asphalt pavements, portland cement concrete curbs and gutters, sidewalks, and driveways, storm sewers and associated storm sewer structures, sanitary sewers and associated sanitary sewer structures, water mains and appurtenances, and various removals, excavations, topsoil placement, seeding, and other work necessary to complete the construction as shown in the plans and required by the technical specifications. • The project is expected to be funded in part by a Community Grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). • The project requires bidders to submit a signed Letter of Assent with the Livingston & McLean Counties Building & Trades Council. • The project has a contract time of approximately 243 days, with a completion date of November 19, 2027. • The City is committed to diversity and inclusion, and bidders must submit an Equal Opportunity Plan and a Contract Diversity Goal Form.
