Description
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is seeking to procure 28 brand-name Honeywell Analytical Analyzer Single Channel units. The acquisition is being solicited as an exception to the fair opportunity process, with the requirement being for Honeywell brand-name supplies only. The selected vendor will be required to deliver the units by August 30, 2026.
• The vendor must provide a technical capability statement, including documentation verifying their ability to supply new, genuine OEM parts.
• The vendor must provide a technical data sheet and drawing, including the salient characteristics and capabilities of the product.
• The vendor must provide the country of origin for the item and the earliest date they can deliver.
• The vendor must complete and submit a price quote, including the price per unit and total price.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges with the best-suited vendor if necessary.
