RFP No. 26-033 Professional Engineering Services for Biosolids Diversification Project’s Thermal Drying Facility

AlexRenew is seeking professional engineering services to design and oversee construction of a new thermal drying facility and associated solids‑process upgrades at its advanced wastewater treatment plant. The scope includes demolition and reconstruction of an existing building, expansion of a basement gallery, design and installation of a thermal drying system, dewatering centrifuges, sludge screening, centrate management, and related electrical upgrades.
