NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE- STERIS EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE SUPPORT

The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office – West Branch, intends to award a non-competitive sole source contract for the procurement of sterilizer equipment maintenance to STERIS Corporation. The proposed contractor shall provide annual support and maintenance for STERIS equipment throughout Martin Army Community Hospital for a period of performance from 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2031. The services and maintenance must be 100% compatible with existing equipment used throughout the hospital. • The contract is for the maintenance of STERIS equipment, including sterilizers and washers. • The contract period is from 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2031. • The services and maintenance must be 100% compatible with existing equipment used throughout the hospital. • The sole source determination is based on the need for the equipment service and maintenance for Martin Army Community Hospital. • STERIS Corporation is the only company that provides the service and maintenance for their equipment.
