The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call snow‑plowing and mechanized salting services for its marine facilities in Portsmouth, Rye and Hampton, NH. The contractor must be on‑call 24/7, respond within two hours of notification, and perform plowing, salting, and damage‑repair duties while protecting delicate infrastructure such as the wooden deck at the Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier.
