J065--BD Pyxis Maintenance at the Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for Pyxis automated dispensing equipment at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical support, diagnostic, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance services to maintain the Pyxis equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. The contract will be a base plus four option years firm fixed price contract. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor/service provider by the OEM. • The contractor must be able to provide OEM parts. • The contractor's technical personnel must be OEM certified. • The contractor must be able to provide unlimited technical support via phone 24/7. • The contractor must be able to guarantee an 8-hour on-site response time. • The contractor must be able to provide remote access and software updates.
