Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts is seeking a qualified independent person or entity to provide turnkey Investment Management and Related Services for two Texas local government investment pools, TexPool and TexPool Prime. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing investment management services, participant services, information technology services, education services, training services, transition services, and other related services. The contract will commence on January 1, 2027, and the respondent must manage and operate the pools in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
• The respondent must have experience in investment management and related services for public funds.
• The respondent must be able to provide custody services, fund accounting, and financial reporting.
• The respondent must be able to provide participant services, including enrollment, customer services, and access to investment and transaction administration accounts.
• The respondent must be able to provide information technology services, including hosting and maintaining a publicly accessible website and a participant-accessible online platform.
• The respondent must be able to provide education and training services, including online and in-person training, and attendance at conferences and seminars.
