Description
The City of Upper Arlington is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional engineering, architectural, and related consulting firms to populate a two‑year (2027‑2028) on‑call list covering 16 service categories (e.g., roadway, traffic engineering, water, stormwater, GIS, etc.). Selected firms will be eligible for individual on‑call assignments as needs arise, with a total fee cap of $500,000 per biennial term. No joint/team submissions are allowed; firms may be selected for unlimited categories.
