Description
The US Air Force is seeking sources to provide Human Performance Optimization (HPO) services at the 106th Rescue Wing, F.S. Gabreski ANGB, New York. The services include injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation exercise services, and human performance optimization services for rated personnel. The contractor must be able to provide qualified personnel with specialties in physical therapy, mental performance, athletic training, and strength and conditioning.
• The contractor must be a self-performing qualified vendor.
• The contractor must have current relevant qualification, experience, personnel, and capability of providing HPO services.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
• The contractor must provide a maximum of two examples of projects similar in size, scope, and complexity.
• The contractor must provide additional relevant information on their experience/capabilities as it pertains to the proposed work outlined.
