Description
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is seeking a general contractor for the Outdoor Classroom and Campus Upgrade project at Sylvan Park Early Education Center. The project involves constructing an outdoor classroom, upgrading the fire alarm system, and providing new HVAC units, roofing, and exterior painting. The contractor will be selected based on a two-step evaluation process, considering factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated management competency, past performance, and use of Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE). The project is expected to start in August 2026 and be completed within 560 calendar days.
