Pool of Vendors to Provide Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services

Texas A&M University is seeking a pool of qualified vendors to establish a Master Order for campus‑wide dry‑cleaning and laundry services. The contract will cover a comprehensive list of uniform and textile items (coveralls, lab coats, aprons, linens, towels, specialty garments, etc.) with requirements for rapid turnaround, quality standards, and full liability for loss or damage. Vendors must submit firm unit prices (or per‑pound rates) and meet extensive insurance, security, and compliance obligations. The initial term begins 1 September 2026 and runs for one year, with up to four optional one‑year renewals.
