Description
The City of San Antonio's Neighborhood and Housing Services Department (NHSD) is seeking proposals from local non-profit organizations to deliver minor, small-scale, and full-scale home rehab services to address health, safety, code, and/or accessibility issues for eligible homeowners in the Government Hill area. The City will require Respondents to assist homeowners located within San Antonio city limits that meet specific income limitations.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Delivering minor, small-scale, and full-scale home rehab services
• Addressing health, safety, code, and/or accessibility issues for eligible homeowners
• Assisting homeowners within San Antonio city limits who meet specific income limitations
• Providing services such as vents, foundation, concrete, home construction, maintenance and repair, residential buildings, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation maintenance, repair, and installation services
