Operable Partition Replacement

The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified companies to remove and replace an operable partition at Heritage Park Senior Center. The project involves removing the existing operable partition and replacing it with a new one. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on March 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PT) at the Heritage Park Senior Center. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab prior to the Question Cutoff Date and Time. • The project location is at 300 S Racetrack Rd, Henderson, Nevada. • The close date and time for bid submittals is March 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PT). • Bids will be publicly opened and unsealed immediately following the IFB closing at the City of Henderson, 240 Water Street, City Hall, Finance Department, Second Floor, Calico Ridge Conference Room.
