Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for elevator maintenance and repair services for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), District 02, New Orleans East Area Office. The contract shall be effective for a 36-month period, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. A jobsite visit is mandatory for all bidders. The bidder must provide elevator maintenance and repair services, including emergency overtime callbacks and repairs, for the elevator located at the DOTD District 02 New Orleans East Unit. The bidder must also provide a copy of their license with their bid, as required by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.
