Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $10,000,000

The RFP indicates an assumed Final Guaranteed Maximum Price (FGMP) of $100 million for the stadium. CMAR fees for projects of this scale typically range from 4 % to 8 % of the FGMP, plus reimbursement of direct costs (insurance, bonds, general conditions). Assuming a 5 % fee and $2 million in reimbursable costs, the total award value to the CMAR would be roughly $7 million. If the fee is negotiated higher (up to 8 %) and additional optional alternates are selected, the award could approach $10 million. Therefore, a realistic budget range is $5 million to $10 million.
