RFQ 2025- 014 Parks and Recreation Master Plan - 5 Year Plan Update

The Town of Marana Parks and Recreation Department is seeking professional planning services for the preparation of a 5-year update to the current comprehensive Parks and Recreation 10-Year Master Plan. The selected consultant will facilitate community outreach efforts, collect and analyze data, and draft the Parks and Recreation 5-Year Master Plan update. Key responsibilities include: • Developing a roadmap for ensuring an appropriate balance of facilities, amenities, and programs throughout the community • Evaluating parks, open spaces, recreational facilities, amenities, and programs • Developing goals, policies, guidelines, and achievable strategies • Facilitating public meetings, on-site staff meetings, and community meetings • Assisting with related items necessary to move the Parks and Recreation 5-Year Master Plan update to completion
