ITS Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Stand-up

NYS ITS is seeking to establish an internal Salesforce team to meet the needs of its agencies and constituents. To initiate this effort, ITS intends to procure architectural advisory services and support in establishing a COE. The structure of this project is to start with advisory Salesforce Chief Technology Officer (CTO) services, then layering in additional resources for approximately eight (8) weeks to develop the COE for ITS and its agencies, and then continuing with CTO services. Advisory services are expected for a total duration of one (1) year. Additionally, ITS seeks to identify and design common application components that can be re-used across its enterprise.
