Preventive Maintenance Service for 2 Sartorius Incucyte Instruments from 7/1/2026 to 3/31/2027(9 months, 0.75 units).

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for two Government-owned Sartorius Incucyte Instruments. The services will be performed on-site at the Center for Cancer Research (CCR), National Cancer Institute (NCI), and will include all labor, material, and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the instruments. The contract will be for a period of 9 months, from July 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the instruments. • The services must be performed on-site in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) most current standard commercial maintenance practices. • The contractor must provide onsite and emergency services during standard business hours and extended hours. • Software updates and services may be provided remotely as applicable. • All travel, labor, materials, and related charges must be included in the purchase order price.
